The disease can affect anyone, and although SARS-CoV-2 infection leads to mild COVID-19 in the majority of cases, the proportion of patients developing severe pneumonia is of great concern.Large-scale studies confirm previous findings about a slightly increased incidence of COVID-19, but not of severe COVID-19, in asthma patients. Still, no definitive conclusions can be drawn since many bias factors have not been taken into account. https://bit.ly/34FRfmT ER -
