Brody scores showed statistically significant improvement after therapy with mHFCWO (figure1). Additionally, FRI showed statistically significant differences in airway geometry and patency (siVaw/siRaw) suggesting mucus shifting with a reduction in regional lobar volume (iVlobe)-(figure1).Conclusion: mHFCWO (Monarch® System) provides effective ACT in CF patients with a shift in mucus and a reduction in hyperinflation.FootnotesCite this article as: European Respiratory Journal 2019; 54: Suppl. 63, PA4528.This is an ERS International Congress abstract.
